Changing the Die
Changing:
1. Loosen bass screw (on opposite side)
2. Unscrew die (B) using tool wrench (C)
3. Install new die and adjust as shown in
next picture.
Adjusting:
1. Lower lever so punch (A) extends fully
down.
2. Using tool wrench (B), raise die (C)
just enough to cover punch (A).
Sizing Punch and Die
For material less than 12ga or thinner than 1/18"
Punch must be 1/64" smaller than die
For material greater than 12ga or thicker than 1/18"
Punch must be 1/32" smaller than die
